Permits

If you are interested in applying to secure a connection to the Tanqia wastewater collection network, please follow the steps below. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions regarding the following process :-

Step 1

Submit an application to Fujairah Municipality Building section with required documents.

Step 2

After obtaining approvals from both Building Section and Planning section, applicant submits four sets of the following documents to Tanqia FZC :

• Completed application form

• Copy of ownership deed

• Location plan (key plan)

• Building drawings

Drawings folded in A4 size showing the (drainage concept plan) internal piping arrangements and proposed location of septic tanks with invert levels with respect to Fujairah Municipality datum

Details of building (number of floors, schedule of areas with various purposes of use)

Step 3

Tanqia will analyze the application and will issue the NOC stating anticipated date of connection and constitutions if any.

Step 4

The applicant can collect the NOC from Fujairah Municipality Wastewater Section after seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of the completed application by Tanqia.
